Negobot is the first AI negotiation simulation built for law school students and other graduate-level learners with a distinct focus on the challenges of distributive negotiation. Developed by the UC Law San Francisco Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, it gives students a structured environment to practice distributive bargaining against an AI counterparty—building the reflexes, tactical vocabulary, and self-awareness that traditional role-play exercises struggle to consistently deliver. Each simulation is designed to produce reviewable, instructor-ready outputs so negotiation coursework can move from one-off classroom exercises to repeatable, measurable practice.
